shares… The Construction of Gingham Country
Gingham Country construction began almost 15 years ago. My daughters decided I’d make a wonderful Ebay Seller. All I had to do was think of something to sew and I was in business, so they thought. It sounded easy enough.
Thinking of something to sew was easy. My mom taught me to sew at 16 and I’ve been sewing for myself, children, friends neighbors and now Ebay ever since. Well, back then it was just Ebay.
Now, I also sew for Ebay, Etsy, Ecrater and in the past I’ve sewn for (Bonanza) Bonanzle, Plunder Here, BluJay, and Yes! Wagglepop, among many others. Some no longer in business and others gone and forgotten. I will tell you this–My all time favorite place to sell?
It’s no secret, I tell everyone who will listen. I love Etsy! They care as much about their Sellers as they do their Buyers and that’s a rare thing in the World of Online Selling. Etsy Rocks!
What do you think? Have you sold Online? Have you purchased Online from an Individual Seller? What was your Exerience?
I live with one hubby, 2 grandchildren, 2 dogs, 4 wi-fi connections, 3 Wii’s, 2 xbox’s, 2 computers, 1 tablet, 6 cell phones, 1 psp, and a Kindle (you can guess who uses the Kindle.) NO, not hubby.
Of course we argue about that. The dogs that is. Hubby thinks dogs were made for indoor living– you guessed it. I do NOT. And believe me, you’ll surely hear more about that.
I have COPD and use portable oxygen at night and most of the day. Occasionally, I’m free of my tether if weather permits it. Yep, I’ll be talking about that too.
I took care of my mom with Alzheimer’s until she passed away seven years ago and I blog about that experience, offering support and information to those who have Alzheimer’s and their caregivers, at my website about Alzheimer’s dementia. Alzheimer’s Support
I have several other blogs and you can check those out on the front page/footer, if you like. My interests are varied and include healthy living, exercise, Facebook, medical forums, Selling online, Ebay, Etsy, Candy Crush Saga (shhhh don’t tell anyone.)
This blog was created to share all the fun, silliness, and everyday living at Gingham Country. ~Sandy
My granddaughter recently became interested in Zazzle, a place were her creative talents explode.
She’s loving it. I hope I’ll have some of her amazing creations to show-0ff! really soon.
Stay tunned for Ashley!
