Recently I was searching for a sewing pattern that I had used for years. It was a Peasant Top Pattern that I loved.
You know, those loose fitting tops with elastic around the neck and sleeve hem. So comfortable you could sleep in them.
I probably made 20 tops from that old pattern over the last 30 years.
It was an older design and I liked the way it was made. Very simple. Four pieces. I could whip a blouse together in an half hour.
I had it for years and eventually transferred it to pellon because the paper- pattern was tattered and falling apart. I think that was my downfall… [Read more…]
I can’t imagine the benefit of some disciplinary actions by Ebay. I could never rationalize the reason behind “Banned for Duplicate Listings.”
There are so many ways an item can become a duplicate listing and more often than not, it is Ebay’s issue and not the Sellers.
Okay, I’ve said it. It’s off my chest. This Ebay Holiday Season is lost to me. There is nothing I can do about it and I’m not going to talk about it anymore!

I’ve written several articles about Selling Online at Ebay, Etsy, Ecrater or one of the other Sites for online Sellers. That’s how I started making money while working at home. Only Later, after creating a blog about my Mom with Alzheimer’s, did I learn about Affiliate Marketing.
Affiliate Marketing can bring in more money than selling online if you have a popular niche, time to write and know how to do it!
For those who don’t know: (Affiliate marketing is the process of earning a commission by promoting other people’s stuff. You find a product you like, promote it to others, and earn a piece of the profit for each sale that you make.)
Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Well there is a little more to it than that.
Getting started is probably the most difficult part of Affiliate Marketing.
